Contact form: your name, e-mail, message, language and the page you wrote from. We use them to reply and to discuss possible cooperation. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in communicating with you (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Spam protection: when you submit the form, Cloudflare Turnstile processes your IP address and technical browser data to verify that a person is sending the message. Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Site operation: the server records the IP address, time and requested page in technical logs for security and operations. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Form messages are delivered by Resend (servers in the EU) to our mailbox in Google Workspace. Form verification is provided by Cloudflare and the site runs on Google Cloud in the EU. Cloudflare and Google may also process data in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not share or sell the data to anyone else.

Form messages for the duration of our communication, at most two years after the last message. Technical logs for 30 days.

The site stores the cookie site_lang with the code of the chosen language (180 days) and the technical cookies visitor_type and visitor_agent, which tell a browser apart from an automated client (24 hours). They do not identify or track you and need no consent.

If you agree in the cookie bar, the site also uses Google Analytics to measure traffic. It stores the cookies _ga and _ga_HQN22ZWG9X (up to 2 years) and Google processes data about your visit, also in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Your choice is stored in the cookie cookie_consent (180 days) and can be changed at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to hello@appky.sk. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk) or the supervisory authority in your country.
